The GRC Exit Track · The Weekly Live Lab

You already speak cloud security.

You just call it GRC.

The GRC Exit Track is a live, hands-on mentoring membership — the Weekly Live Lab. Every week we build a real security project together: GRC, vulnerability management, container security.

Join anytime. Your first session is this week. No cohort to wait for, nothing to miss — every past session is recorded for you.

MENTORED INTO SECURITY ROLES

The part nobody will say out loud

It's not your resume.

It's the math.

Every course, every YouTube channel, every LinkedIn post told the same people the same thing: break into cyber through GRC — no technical skills needed. It was good advice. So thousands of people took it, all at once.

Now there are far more trained GRC candidates than there are entry-level GRC roles, and hiring managers can afford to be picky in a way they simply couldn't three years ago.

That's a supply problem. And you cannot fix a supply problem by

adding a fourth certificate to a resume that already has three.

The way forward isn't to compete harder at the crowded door. It's to walk to the one nobody's queuing at — vulnerability management, cloud, container security. And your GRC experience is worth more there than where you're standing.

The translation, not a restart

Your compliance vocabulary already maps to cloud security.

You don't need a new career. You need vocabulary translation — and weekly live sessions with a new project every week of hands-on proof.

Individual results vary. These outcomes are not typical or guaranteed, and depend on effort, experience and the job market.

The Weekly Live Lab Journey

Four phases. One outcome: job-ready with proof.

phase 1

The Language

Images, containers, registries, clusters, Kubernetes — taught in plain English. You won't touch a terminal in the first phase.

phase 2

Vulnerability Management

Your first real scan. Triage at scale. SLAs, exceptions, and the executive report a CISO actually reads.

phase 3

Cloud & Container Security

SBOM, supply chain, Kubernetes RBAC, network policy, CIS benchmarks — and your portfolio build.

FINAL PHASE

The Exit

Resume translated to cloud language, mock interviews, and a portfolio employers can verify.

What you walk away with

Not certificates. Evidence.

Weekly live mentorship sessions

One live session every week. Every one recorded if you miss it.

A portfolio employers can verify

Kubernetes labs, a working VM workflow, and a public GitHub portfolio of your projects. A hiring manager can verify it. A certificate they just have to believe.

Resume & interview overhaul

Your GRC experience rewritten in cloud-security language, plus recorded mock interviews with direct feedback.

Personal attention — Small-group, live with the instructor

Small enough that Olukayode knows your name, your gaps, and your target role. He reviews your project work himself.

Olukayode Osilaja - Cybersecurity Mentor

Your mentor

I'm not teaching theory.

I'm handing you my playbook.

Olukayode Osilaja leads container vulnerability management across a large enterprise Kubernetes estate — working daily with container security scanning tools. Before that: NASA, Microsoft, and federal GRC programs built on NIST RMF and FedRAMP.

Today — not in a former life. Which means you're learning what's true this year, not what was true when a video got recorded.

  • 20+ years — NASA, Microsoft, global enterprise security

  • A large enterprise Kubernetes estate, managed daily

  • 100s mentored into security roles

  • GRC-native — NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, RMF · CISM

The Weekly Live Lab — Membership Pricing

One membership. Everything included.

A generalist cybersecurity bootcamp runs $10,000–$15,000 — and starts you from zero.

This starts from where you already are.

$1,197 one-time

or 3 payments of $425

(The plan totals $1,275 — slightly more than paying once. Worth saying plainly.)

What I will promise

I won't promise you a job. Nobody honest can — and you've heard that promise too many times already.

What you get: a new hands-on project every week, live feedback on your work, and direct access to me for a full year. Your result depends on the work you put in, and I'll match it.

Proof, not promises.

Questions

Before you Decide

I've never touched Kubernetes. Am I too far behind?

No — that's exactly who this is for. The first phase translates what you already know into cloud terms before any labs begin. You won't touch a terminal in the first phase. If you've written a POA&M or assessed a control, you have the foundation.

I work full time. What's the real time commitment?

One live session per week plus 3–5 hours of lab work. Every session is recorded if you miss one.

Is the payment plan the same program?

Identical program, identical access. Worth saying plainly: the plan totals $1,275 versus $1,197 paid once — that's the cost of spreading it out. If that difference matters, pay once. If cash flow matters more, take the plan. Either way you're in the same room.

What if it's not right for me?

Book a free 1:1 career mentor session before you enroll. I'll tell you honestly whether this fits where you are and where you want to go.

Because enrollment gives you immediate access to the full Translation Vault, session recordings and course materials, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once access is granted, so please use the free call to ask anything first.

What if I'm in GRC and not job hunting?

The same program makes you the GRC person who understands containers — a rare and promotable combination. Your projects flex toward internal advancement instead of applications.

Why keep the sessions small?

Sessions stay small so you get real feedback — every week.

Do I need to buy any tools?

No. Every tool we use is free and open source — Docker, Trivy, Syft, kube-bench, GitHub. No paid tools, no cloud bill, no surprise costs.
